Information for University Units

Some records created by university offices warrant permanent retention and access. Archivists in charge of the University Archives and Records Program (UARP) within the Bentley Historical Library are responsible for working with offices to identify, transfer, preserve, and promote access to such records. To facilitate this work, an online Records Policy and Procedures Manual provides general guidelines. Information about administrative reference services and forms for transferring records are also available online. UARP staff provide onsite consultations upon request.
